Edit Cheat Sheet NCS Expert

1 - If I want to create a new Cheet Sheet for NCS Expert, I cannot save the file so that it is in the list.
2 - German Language ÜÖÄ üäö is not showing right in Coding Parameter for NCS Expert

I fixed your problem. If you want you can be a beta tester. Otherwise the bug will be fixed in the next version!
