Betatest Version v3.1.0 Build 20231215 issues

as I have no option to reply to the "beta" post I`ll do it here.
downloaded rar file with current beta version and extracted it. Try to run Bimmer Toolset.exe but I get this error and program doesn`t open at all.

yes same here. If you run as admin there is no difference still the same error

I have uploaded a new beta. Please download again.

I hope the bug that Bimmer Toolset could not be started without administrator rights is fixed.
